FCS is a vacant property management business primarily providing empty rates mitigation services to help landlords of vacant commercial property save up to 100% on their empty rates. In 2019, we helped our clients to save over £7m in Empty Property Rates.
Previously, we were dealing with other providers, during which time we found a gap in the market and knew we could do it better. We now manage several hundred vacant commercial sites across the UK. We are planning to extend our services to provide security and other services necessary for vacant commercial properties in the very near future.
